I used to keep my calorie intake around 1200 to 1300, but the thing is - I just can’t count calories. I tried it and it’s really been my downfall. What happens is, I’ll count my calories and then I binge because I get sick of counting and my motto becomes fuck it. So I’m trying something new, and all I’m doing is eating healthy, eating in moderation, eating throughout the day and not eating two hours before I go to bed (so I finish eating usually by 8 or 9). This sort of laid-back approach has worked out for me so far (at least much better than the counting calories approach).
